Release - until 12:00. In case of late release of the rooms, the following fees are payable: until 5.00 p.m. - BGN 50.00, after 5.00 p.m. - the price of one night for the corresponding type of room;
The right to use the All inclusive program is closely linked to the hotel and requires the wearing of a wristband;
The All inclusive program starts with an afternoon breakfast and ends with lunch on the day of release;
Spa services, included in the price, can be used upon prior appointment!
In case of premature release of a room - THE AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED!!!

Each confirmed reservation must be prepaid with 50% of the value by 15.04.
Otherwise, it will be considered invalid.

Children up to 6.99 years old – free of charge, baby cot on request and prior request
Child from 7 to 11.99 years old, accommodated with one adult – 70% discount on the price of a regular bed.
Child – from 7-11.99 years old, accommodated with two adults – 50% of the price of a regular bed.
When accommodating one adult with two children from 7 to 11.99 years old – the first child is charged 50% of the price, and the second is free, there is an additional charge of 30 euros per day for board.
Adult accommodated on an extra bed – 30% discount from the price of a regular bed.

Each confirmed booking must be prepaid with 50% of the value within 3 days of confirmation. Otherwise, it will be considered invalid.
Additional payment of the entire amount should be made no later than the relevant dates and percentage discount (20% until 15.03; 10% until 31.03)
All reservations made after 31.03.2025. 100% must be paid within 3 days of booking;а правото на санкция от 100% от сумата

Cancellations of confirmed reservations until 15.03.2025. will not be sanctioned by the hotelier;
Cancellations after March 15, 2025, the hotelier reserves the right to a deduction of 50% of the package amount.
Cancellations made after 01.04.2025, the hotelier reserves the right to a penalty of 100% of the package amount.
For No-Show reservations, the hotel reserves the right to sanction 100% of the amount
