Accommodation policy

1.BOOKING CONDITIONS

1.1. Reservations for the Aquamarine Hotel can be made in one of the following ways:

send an inquiry from the contact form on our website;
call us on +359 878 353 432;
come to the hotel.

1.2. Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of your accommodation.

1.3. You will receive a confirmation of your booking by e-mail. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of board and the amount due.

1.4. At the Hotel’s discretion, a security deposit of up to thirty (30) % of the total booking amount may be specified as a required deposit to be paid prior to check-in. We expect payment from you within 7 (seven) business days after our email is sent (unless another time frame is agreed between the parties). The balance of the total amount of your reservation is payable on the day of check-in. If you wish to cancel a booking on which a security deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties described below in the cancellation policy will apply.

1.5. Where a security deposit has been requested in advance, your booking is valid but is deemed to be finally CONFIRMED once the specified payment has been made for the specific booking and confirmation of payment received has been received by email.

1.6. In the event of non-payment within the described time limit, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

2.1. Cancellation of a reservation made by you can be made in one of the following ways:

2.2. In the case of cancellation of a confirmed booking up to 7 (seven) days before arrival, the client is not liable to a penalty, except in the case of a booking made under special holiday packages, in which the booking and cancellation deadlines are further described.

2.3. In case of cancellation 7 (seven days), you owe a penalty of 30% (thirty) of the total amount paid as deposit.

2.4. In the event of cancellation of the reservation less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before check-in or in the event of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid

in advance of your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will also be deemed cancelled.

2.5 Sunny Group Hotels 1309 LTD reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid booking in the event of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the Hotel.

In these cases the hotelier:

Offers the client accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.
Refund the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without penalty to the latter.
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

Check-in every day after 15:00.
Check-in and check-out until 12:00.

3.2. In case of later check-out, a surcharge of 50 (fifty) BGN will be charged upon prior request.

3.3. Pets are not allowed.

3.4. Check-in at the hotel is done by presenting the guests’ identity documents. The data provided by you is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1 Sunny Group Hotels 1309 LTD. undertakes to provide the customer with the services requested and paid for in full.

5.2 Sunny Group Hotels 1309 LTD. undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the customer, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.

5.3 Sunny Group Hotels 1309 LTD. shall not be held liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.

5.4. All claims related to the quality of the services paid for must be made by the customer on site at the hotel to remedy the deficiencies. The claim shall be made in writing. In the event that the claims are not satisfied, the customer shall request a report from a responsible person. Within 3 (three) working days after the report has been drawn up, the customer will receive the official statement of the problem from the hotel management.

5.5 No refunds will be made for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the customer.

5.6. All prices announced on the website of Sunny Group Hotels 1309 LTD Ltd., as well as in the hotel’s e-mail messages sent to the client, are in Bulgarian levs including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need further information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.

5.7. The costs for additional services are not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, stored outside the personal safe in the rooms, the restaurant or for damage caused by third parties.

5.9. The Customer accepts the responsibility to observe the generally accepted norms of good conduct during his/her stay at the Hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.

5.10. No smoking is allowed in the rooms of the Sunny Group Hotels 1309 LTD. according to the provisions of the national legislation. Therefore, in the event of any non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a charge of BGN 300.

5.11. Clients using the services of Sunny Group Hotels 1309 LTD. must be adults according to Bulgarian law /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the territory of Sunny Group Hotels 1309 LTD.

5.12 Sunny Group Hotels 1309 LTD reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Whilst every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.13. When a customer makes a booking they are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings accepted by telephone, email or via our website are deemed to be an emerging contractual relationship. Payment made is deemed to be acceptance of the Hotel Terms and Conditions.

5.14. For all disputes and legal matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the www.aquamarine-kranevo.com website, the mandatory provisions of the law in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
